Danielle Dron, violin. B.M. in Music Performance, magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire and recipient of full music merit scholarship. Former concertmaster of the UNH Symphony Orchestra and former member of the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra, which she joined at the age of 16. Solo performances with the Merrimack Valley Chamber Players. Studied with members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops.
Over 10 years of teaching experience in private studio lessons teaching students ranging from 3-60+. Additional experience in conducting small ensembles as well as assisting with teaching string programs at public school in grades 1-8. Having recently relocated from New Hampshire, Danielle's skills were in such high demand there that several students were commuting over 2 hours for lessons. Former students are active performers, involved in performing, arranging and composing music in styles ranging from classical to pop to metal. Former students have been members of NH All State Orchestra and one student was the subject of a special featured on NH Public Television.
In addition to teaching privately, Danielle works as a Sr. Rating Analyst for an insurance software development company and currently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her family and her horses, Tehya, Toby, and Casper.
